We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Webflow Expert to join our team. As a Webflow Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing and functional websites using the Webflow platform. Your expertise in Webflow will be crucial in creating seamless user experiences and ensuring the successful implementation of web projects.

Job responsibilities
Top priorities: This is the kind of work you can expect to be doing as you come into this role — although we are all Crew, so we help each other succeed outside of these core priorities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites using Webflow.
- Customize and optimize website templates, layouts, and components.
- Implement animations, interactions, and dynamic content using Webflow's visual editor.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design and development.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members as needed.
- Optimize websites for search engine optimization (SEO) and performance.
Job requirements

- Proven experience as a Webflow Expert or similar role.
- Proficiency in designing and developing websites using Webflow.
- Get into the Webflow operating system
- Making templates
- Manage components, collections (CMS)
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
